COVID-19 – CORONAVIRUS UPDATE AFTER PM’S SPEECH ON 24/01/2021:
We are still trading and open and are able to carry out deliveries as normal although with restrictions as to how they are carried out – see notes below.
We would like to reassure you during this uncertain economic period caused by the world-wide Covid-19 Pandemic sweeping across our planet. We want to let you know that we have implemented changes to the way that our deliveries and installations are carried out and that we are making sure that we operate a safe environment for our employees and you our customers.
At this moment we recognise that it is imperative that we support each other, work together to deliver our products and services to you and try to do our very best to ensure our business goes on as usual.
To achieve this we know you’ll be concerned about the supply of our products that you will either have already bought or want to buy from our website and here’s what we can assure you of:
-
Our website and telephone lines will remain fully functional,
-
Our staff are all still working either on-site or from home and are available for you to contact as usual,
-
Our delivery schedules remain the same at present however the way deliveries are carried out has changed slightly: depending on the delivery company used, the delivery driver will keep his social distance on delivery and you will not be asked to sign any paperwork or a hand-held delivery device, the driver will sign it on your behalf if you ask him to do so, and finally you will need to ensure that there are enough people on site to carry the goods into the property as the driver will not be coming into the property,
-
Our fitting teams are still working and will ask you to isolate yourself elsewhere within the property whilst they carry out the works. They will clean any surfaces they touch before leaving, and you can ask them to wear gloves if necessary,
-
Finally, we will continue to monitor and change our services in line with current Health & Safety and Government advice and will update our services accordingly.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on any of the above.
We care very deeply about the welfare of all our staff and customers and will continue to do our utmost to support you during this period, assuring you of our teams’ dedication throughout these difficult times.
A final thought: please be kind to each other and following Government advice keep yourself and your families safe as we’re all affected by this virus in one way or another.
